Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Bon Jovi gear, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on most items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all apparel is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt for confirmation of the return shipment.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned merchandise, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
